Platform for organisational design and workforce strategy to promote enterprise flexibility.

I was the first full-time hire, owning UX/UI while partnering with the founders on product vision. Through iterative prototyping, we validated user assumptions, helped secure investor interest, and converted leads to customers. I also refined the application's UX, managed a design system, and closely collaborated with users and developers to marry technical complexity with user needs and ship things in a remote setting.

A collection manager for e-commerce merchandisers. Integrate your collection, map your attributes and design your storefront.

At Depict I closely collaborated with the head of product and was embedded in a back-end team where I designed and we shipped multiple onboarding flows and a product catalog explorer that helped reduce new customers’ time to value from +3 weeks to under 24 hours. As an extra, internal teams are now able to debug visually inside the application, decreasing time to help customers. Below is a sample video of a successful onboarding and catalog.

Sentiance

Sentiance shapes the future of road safety with their on-device motion insights. The platform helps gig economy workers, insurers, transport authorities and more, better understand mobility behavior.

I designed a white-labelled demo app showcasing the Sentiance platform capabilities, demonstrating driver safety, coaching, crash detection and real-time tracking for insurer and delivery B2B clients. Along with the VP of Growth and VP of Application Development, I designed a custom mobile application for a large insurer client, and made sure the design was reusable for the demo application, as seen below.

Portals.me was a bootstrapped MVP experiment of Yorick Moereels and myself. I designed, prototyped and together we validated our concept. After encouraging feedback we hired a freelance dev to build an MVP. Early testing with users indicated initial traction on the concept but we didn't see a road to early profitability without considerate investment and decided to shut down the project. Below are pieces of the design, marketing and a video of the working software demo.
